Consulting for institutional and governmental organizations in Israel in the field of real estate and infrastructure, focusing on the entrepreneurship, economic and engineering analysis of project feasibility, project alternatives, as well as characterization of the project (program), and budgeting.
The last project in this field included analysis of hotel and retail potential in 14 hospitals in Israel, advising the largest health fund in Israel ("Clalit") on the economic and engineering feasibility of establishing hotel complexes and commercial centers within the campuses of the hospitals.
